How to order custom phone templates?

• Call Dave at (250) 768-3777 or 1-866-477-5266

• Fax a copy of your current telephone template, showing clearly where all the button holes are so we can determine the availability of the telephone template cutting die. Our fax number is (250) 768-9165

• Select between printing colour on glossy white paper or printing black on coloured paper. If you wish to print spot colours on coloured parer then we will have to send you a sample to make your selection from.

• Fax or email the information you want on the template. We have several hotel logos, advertiser logos and icons to choose from so there may be no need to send some of those graphics.

• Your order is done within a week of the final proof. Pay by Visa or we will invoice you.
