Place your ad in a hotel room directory. In the hotel room directories you can choose from a number of ad different sizes ranging from listing ads for $249 to display ads in 1/6 1/4 1/3 1/2 and full page formats in various shapes. All display ads which range in price from $749 to $1969, include a listing ad. If you wish to have an ad in just one or more select hotels, you can have a 1/2 or full page ad for as little as $195. Ads are mixed with editorial content that is of interest to visitors.
What do hotels have in their
rooms? The Hotel Room Guest Service Directory is important to a
hotel, it helps them to provide a high level of service. We have agreements with
17 hotels, with over 1500 rooms in Kelowna, for the exclusive right to place
advertising in the room. We provide high quality, custom made binders, for each
hotel room with custom hotel content, and extensive community information in a
package that meets or exceeds the standards demanded by the hotel, and/or hotel
chain. Directories are placed on the desk in each room.
Preferred Merchants are an
important part of the hotel room directory. We are authorized by the hotel to
approach approved businesses like yours that provide a valued service, to
enhance their guests stay. This also means no other hotel ads or inappropriate
ads can make their way into the hotel rooms. This is a franchise requirement as
well. Being in the hotels own directory, your ad is always being presented to
the guest by the hotel with their approval.

The hotels participating in the Guest Service Directory
program give advertisers in the "Preferred Merchants" section year round access
to a prime group of consumers. We provide access to hotels with high occupancy
rates and visitors with the most money to spend while visiting Kelowna. Ad
coverage is in over 1,500 hotel rooms (circulation may vary with hotel contract
renewals).
